2019-2020 PEPC Board Committee Responsibilities and Champions
Membership – Promote, identify & sign up new members. Introduce new members at monthly meetings.
Finance – Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, & manage expenses for Association.
Sponsorship – Promote, identify & sign up Association sponsors.
Speaker – Identify, engage, and schedule speakers for meetings.
Networking/Collaboration – Plan annual networking events, coordinate Summer Mixer, liaison with other professional associations.
Social (Giants) – Plan and execute this annual outing for membership.
Facilities – Coordinate meeting location & meals, manage member feedback.
Nominating – Identify slate of board nominees for upcoming Association year. By-laws stipulate that the immediate past president and current president serve on this committee with a maximum of 3 other board members.
By-Laws – Update Association By-Laws as needed.
Marketing – Promote our Association and its members, maintain website, social media updates.
Colleen McAvoy Award – Leads our annual effort to select a PEPC member to be honored with this award.
